Good Newsletters: Researchers She Xiaoling and Guo Cong of SIS Receive National Social Sciences Fund for 2021

      Recently, the result of general and youth projects sponsored by the National Social Sciences Fund for 2021 was announced. "A Study on the Interaction and Mutual Appreciation of Chinese and Russian Literature in the Late Qing Dynasty and the Period of Republic of China" by She Xiaoling, a Specially Appointed Associate Researcher of SIS, was approved as a sponsored general project. "A Study on Bridging the Broken Chain of Medical Language Service Talents in Building a Community of Common Health for Mankind" by Guo Cong, a Specially Appointed Associate Researcher, was approved as a sponsored youth project.

These years, our school always upholds the guiding principle "facing the academic frontier, facing the major strategic needs of the country, and facing the national and regional economic and social development". The scientific research of SIS is therefore strategically enhanced. SIS will continue implementing this guiding principle by systematically organizing applications of scientific research projects. The school also aims to further create a favorable research environment and scientific research platform for the faculty, and keep improving the scientific research management system. By doing this, SIS strives to make contributions to the reform and development of the university as a Double First-Class university in the new era.
