Biography: 

During her undergraduate years from 2000 to 2004, Bi Xuefei majored in English at the College of Foreign Languages of Jilin University. She studied at the Department of English at the School of Foreign Language of SYSU from 2004 to 2006, and received a M.A. degree in English language and literature. From 2008 to 2013, she continued her study and received her Ph.D. degree in English language and literature. 

She has been a teacher at the English Language Department of SIS since 2009.

 

Academic Activities: 

From 2009 to 2011, Bi Xuefei took charge of the SYSU research program of education reform called Exploration on Language Environment Teaching Model for Listening and Speaking Courses of University English Majors Based on Network Information Technology.

In 2012, she participated in editing the Handbook of Dissertation Writing for English Majors (“Eleventh Five Year National Level Official Textbook of Regular Higher Education”) (Huang, G. W. (黄国文), Wang, B. (王宾), & Lin, Y. Y. (林裕音) (2012). Handbook of Dissertation Writing for English Majors. Shanghai: Shanghai Foreign Language Education Press). Bi Xuefei edited page 69 to 85.
